Join Us for a Unique Journey: Tham Luang Cave Experience

We invite you to dive deeper into the Thai Cave Rescue of 2018 with an exclusive  3 day, two night  program in Mae Sai District, Chiang Ra Province, Thailand. This experience is not just a tour, but a deep dive into a significant chapter of recent history, blending the thrill of caving with lessons from a complex rescue operation.  In this expedition, you'll experience the thrill and challenge of navigating a cave environment, understanding how its complex terrain was managed during the rescue. It’s an opportunity to learn about organizational dynamics and crisis management in a setting that demanded and achieved the unthinkable. Additionally your guides will lead facilitated discussions and guided meditations in which participants can set intention and purpose in their own personal and professional lives.

Day 1: Connect and Prepare

Our adventure begins at a hotel near Mae Sai District. The evening is set for a welcome dinner, a time to connect with your guides, actual participants in the Thai Cave Rescue of 2018. It’s an informal setting to ask questions, share expectations, and gear up for the following day's exploration of the Tham Luang Cave.

Day 2: Thrills and Insights in Tham Luang

The heart of our expedition unfolds on April 1st. As you navigate through Tham Luang Cave, you’ll experience the excitement of caving, paired with insights into the critical decisions and teamwork that marked the 2018 rescue. This journey is more than a physical exploration; it's an immersive lesson in navigating the unexpected and making high-stakes decisions under pressure. The cave serves not only as a stunning natural wonder but also as a backdrop to an incredible story of teamwork, resilience, and ingenuity. Exit the cave and head up to Ban Pha Mee village high above the cave for stunning views of the landscape. Enjoy a beer or fresh mountain coffee or both. Eat local Akha food and retire in local lodging.

Day 3: Cultural Enrichment with an Akha Village Experience

The following day, wake up with the sun to take in the stunning vista during an unforgettable sunrise experience.  After a light breakfast learn local Akha traditions and handicrafts before joining in the cooking of an Akha feast for lunch. Say goodbye to your hosts and depart after lunch heading for Chiang Mai aiming to arrive by 5pm.
