• Now that you have mastered Intro to SRT, conquer the intricacies of more advanced changeovers. This essential skill allows you to change direction, avoid obstacles, and navigate challenging terrain while vertical caving.

• The instruction for this course takes place at Progression Vertical Climbing Gym, where our ropes systems are ideal for learning and applying SRT skills. With the help of our expert instructors, you will elevate your confidence and proficiency in advanced changeovers and moving on traverses. We will challenge you to move through a Vertical Parkour Course to practice and finetune your technique.

What experience do I need to join this course? 

• To take this course, you must already be competent in the Intro to SRT course skills. The prerequisites for this course are Intro to SRT Indoor and Intro to SRT Outdoor or equivalent experience. To learn more about the skill requirements, refer to our Intro to SRT course pages.
