Are you ready to climb harder routes? Move to the next grade? Take this climbing movement and technique course with one of our experienced guides and learn how to climb efficiently and use the best techniques at the right time.
This course will focus on the different climbing techniques that allow you to conserve energy, reach further, rest appropriately and positioin your body correctly. Sometimes the difference between sending or not sending is completely reliant on using a certain technique or conserving energy in the right place. Training your body to use the right techniques at the right time might just be the tool you need in the toolbox to get to the top of that next grade.

Duration of Courses
All courses are run on a daily basis. Itineraries are not set in stone and can be adjusted according to a clients needs. A sample itinerary is as follows:
08.00 - 08.15: Arrive CMRCA and receive equipment
08.30 - 10.30: Transport to activity site
10.45 - 12.30: Morning Climbing Session
12.30 - 13.30: Lunch
13.30 - 16.00: Afternoon Rappelling Session
16.00 - 18.00: Return to CMRCA
